Terrible service

Ryan Meyer rented my property, pro.ising me that the tenants are reliable and long term. He put a lot of pressure for me to install railing which I was not planning on doing. It was a high unplanned expense. The tenants he placed left (as they were emigrating) five months later. He told me that he will find alternative tenants but he didnt and I had to pay second commission to the agent who did. The fee of R26 000 was to place the tenants in my property and acording to Ryan and O-yes properties, they should not refund me proportionally.
