Say O NO to O Yes

I had an extremely bad run in with an agent, Charmaine Chatkin. She was unprofessional and did not communicate all the details properly, leaving me to pay R1000 extra two days before I moved into my Rental. She lost her temper easily when questioned, threatened me and others when we required assistance on move in day and consistently phoned and emailed me to the point of harassment. I would say O No to O Yes properties.
