Sam I’ve always seen Sam’s face around the Barbeque Downs community and heard her name mentioned on the local groups, so I knew she had a strong presence in the area. But it wasn’t until I found a listing under her name and worked with her on a sale that I truly saw just how well she knows the area and how much she genuinely cares about it. She’s even the kind of person you’ll spot in a reflective vest on the side of the road coordinating something for the community! (We’ve seen her! 🤣) Sam is no-nonsense, straightforward, and true to her word, if she says she’ll call or send something at a specific time, it happens. We’ve bought a property from her and also rented out one of our properties through her, and both experiences have been outstanding.
