Poor communication skills from the company

The level of unprofessionalism I experienced from a property practitioner is disappointing . I enquired on a vacant land in December 24,which was listed on private property and she told me she’s only available for viewing first week of Jan which was not suitable for me but I indicated my availability. Upon following up on the viewing she just blue ticked me and not even bother saying the property is sold or having an offer. Thandi Mulaudzi should be taught some basics on customer service and communication as an expert in her field of work.
