Outstanding Service from Raksha Bhoola

would like to write a review about O-Yes Properties :Raksha Bhoola.

My name is Claudia Pillay. My husband and I have been working with Raksha now for the past 2 weeks and she has been nothing but remarkable... We started off by looking at a listing she had for sale...knowing it was out of our budget we tried to pull some strings as we really had our hearts set on this little cottage...

I called Raksha on Sunday afternoon at 17h00,,and without a second thought...she asked if I could meet her in 10 minutes... It didn't bother her that it was out of business hours or family time...she made my husband and I feel like we came first... Thereafter after viewing and discussing... I told her that it was too far of a stretch and we will have to rent a property before purchasing...

She then messaged me a day after saying the very same property was up for rental...with the option of purchasing later in the lease...

Through the entire process from application to signing...she kept me updated all the time

If Raksha finished her last appointment at 20h00, she would message me late in the evening ...just to make sure that I was updated and given feedback all the time

Normal business hours doesn't apply to her ...from the onset she has been nothing but dedicated, motivated and driven...

She has really been so inspiring... Even when I was doubtful...she took a personal approach of reminding me to stay positive...faithful and to always believe...

We sold our old home and going into something smaller and to rent was quite a change to get used to...but working with Raksha has made it really comforting...and when we are ready to purchase. She will definitely be the agent we work with again... 🌸
