O-Yes Properties use *********, unprofessional practices and misleading clients to sell properties.

This company is terrible, terrible & terrible. I had a negative experience with O-Yes Properties in Centurion. I saw an advert which had misleading information but did not know at the time. The agent I contacted for viewing confirmed the same information as on the advert which I found later that he provided inaccurate information. It wasn't until I received the final legal documents that I realized the full extent of the deception. When I confronted the agent about the discrepancies, he ACTED confused and denied any knowledge of the misleading information. As a result, I am now burdened with a home that has significantly higher levies than I could afford and what I was initially told, making my dream of owning a new home a stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against using O-Yes Properties due to their ********* and unprofessional practices.
