O Yes Properties the worst

We just bought and sold properties in Cape Town and Johannesburg. In Cape Town Chas Everit, absolutely brilliant service. The Johannesburg side O Yes Properties, the worst service or should I say no service ever. They did not seem to want to do anything to help us as the buyer. The property was a pit when we arrived and the house was registered with no Electric Fence certificate in place. When asking were asked what electric fence even though their advert said there was a fence. We asked for things to be done as part of the contract and when we arrived they were not . Nothing was their responsibility and the whole experience was unpleasant. We even had to ask for a gas certificate to be done. Never again will we deal with O Yes Properties
