O-Yes is a big Oh No!!!!
Extremely poor service!! The agent appeared to have little to no experience as a property practitioner. She kept pushing property practitioner duties on to the transferring attorney… despite the fact that her fees are 5 times that of the transferring attorney. She called the attorney names on social media and although the CEO was copied on in numerous mails, he did not step in despite being fully aware of the name calling.
The most unprofessional Agency I have ever come across.

Our CEO did respond to you, Diana has been in the business for many years and she was following the code of conduct, which she is bound to do.
Unfortunately we can't be bul**** into breaking the legislation set by the PPRA, we are an ethical company.
