NONSENSE AND USELESS O-YES PROPERTIES AFTER BUYING HOUSE

I have sent several emails( on 12th and 16th September 2019 to O-yes Properties and they are just ignoring me. Firstly I called one of the managers Cameron Jansen and his cellphone is often off. Then I called another manager David Williams whose cell phone was also off. I then send the second email and copied it and send via WhatApp. On 18th September to David who read it and did not respond. I then called the office and spoke to a secretary who took my contact details and promised to give messages to both Cameron Jansen and David William and assured me that they will get back to me. O-Yes Properties is only concerned about making money and getting a commission when selling house. They dont care about their clients. After the deal is done then you will be on your own. The agent Nazania has a stinking attitude and she never attended to our complaints after buying a house from her. She then told us about wear and tear. She was even not interested in doing a handing over our house. The managers are also useless because they are not responding to our complaints or even returning our phone calls. I will not recommend anyone to buy property from O-Yes properties or from one of their agents Nazania. She did nit want to sell our house because it was a low standard for her. Amazingly one of her colleague sold our house in two days after approaching us then Nazania distanced herself from us and became quite for two months until our house that we bought from her was lodged with deeds office. She wanted a share from her colleague commission. Thats how greedy and wicked she is. Only thinking about herself and commission. We bought the house from her but we are not satisfied of the faults that she failed to fixed while tenants indicated those faults before we moved in.

O-Yes properties, you are a disgrace and only concerned about taking from clients and not making sure that clients are satisfied. Nonsense and careless attitude. They forget that as a customer we have rights too.
