Money matters

I have been dealing with this agent and she made several mistakes during our engagement e.g. pro-rata rent & other fees, incorrect payment date for landlord, neglected to state an admin fee was payable, I paid all the required fees (excluding the admin fee that I was only told about AFTER I made the initial payment). Today I find out the landlord never received the full rental amount that I paid the agency and now they are miscalculating all the numbers and if not rectified I will be out of pocket and on top of that I have an irate landlord because in my opinion I am fully paid up until the end of April but the landlord hasn't received her money. Throughout my experience has been less than great.
