Mislead/Poor Communication

What seemed to be a great experience tured into a nightmare.

I am very disappointed on level of service of O-Yes Properties. What started of great, quickly turned sour for me.

I recently signed a lease agreement with O-Yes and i was very excited that i finally got the property that I loved. Little did I know that the property was not up standard.

During my initial viewing, i went to go view the property, however there were tenants still occupying the property, therefore I could not really view the property thoroughly because is was clustered. The agent then suggested we view another unit which is the same as the one we could not view properly to give me a full view of what to expect. Great... Love the place.

Fast forward, i called the agent recently and I asked if I can go take measurements for the curtains and to my shock when we got to the property, there were sever cracks on wall, tiles and windows to name few.... I then asked the agent whether these damages will be fixed before we move in and to my surprise she asked if i wanted to cancel the lease and i said to her i can not cancel because i have already put in notice with my current agent.

Come Monday, i sent the O-Yes agent an email and whatsapp with pictures of the damages and askes her if they will be fixed before we move in. Till today I have not received any response from the agent.

This is so disappointing and the lack of communication is not appreciated.

I only have two weeks left before moving.... Can someone from. O-Yes please assist
