It is extremely difficult to try and manage your affairs from 10,000 kms away, especially trying to sell a home. Until one meets or rather befriends an exceptionally hard working estate agent like Laura Lattanzio-Joubert.

No it was not just listing the property, having show days and bringing people to view the property. No this was not one but two properties vacated early as foreign tenants were repatriated early.

Now we are sitting in the UK with too homes in Kyalami Estates that need to be managed, arranging audits, checkouts, cleaning services and pool and garden services that needed to visit the property routinely - all within the confines of a secure Kyalami Estates and with all the associated access controls to manage. Add to this the need for fix all the minor issues the tenants left behind, the need for several handyman and the electrician to first fix the problem and then provide the required certificate to go with the sale.

Laura Lattanzio-Joubert managed the ENTIRE process for us. Everything, loads of visits to each property, people to manage and access codes to be provided. Laura, people like you are so few and far between. Thank you for everything, your kindness, your patience and your effort, all the while constantly keeping us in the loop.

Laura then secured buyers for the property but there was lots of furniture to be removed, sold or given away. Who handled all of this? Laura, even dragging her husband carl in to assist when needed. A big thank you to you as well Carl.

There is probably a lot I have not remembered all because I felt at ease knowing Laura had our interests at heart.
