Laura Lattanzio-Joubert - O-YES Properties

My house in Kyalami Estate was recently sold by Laura Lattanzio – Joubert of O-YES properties. This was a particularly difficult sale due to the first offer to purchase falling through due to an over ambitious potential purchaser and then the eventual sale being delayed due to the Deeds office being closed over the COVID lockdown period. I am generally skeptical of Estate agents but now find myself writing a reference for Laura as I was won over by her overall approach and professionalism displayed throughout the sale process. These are her attributes that in my opinion set her aside from other agents that I have dealt with: - Her marketing video of our house was of the highest standard and looked as though it had been professionally created. - She is very hard working and tries to have as many show days as possible. - Her communication before and after a show day or after she has brought a potential purchaser to view is brilliant. Very regular WhatsApp voice and text messages let you know that your property in never far from her mind. - Although she ultimately represents you as the seller, she is meticulous about making full disclosures of any defects that the house may have and always keeps the buyers interests in mind too. Above all, Laura is simply a nice person and a pleasure to conduct business with. I can highly recommend her to house sellers in Kyalami Estate. John Lagaay
