Laura Lattanzio Joubert : An absolute delight to deal with

What a unique and pleasant experience, dealing with Laura from O-Yes Properties. I was initially impressed with the promptness of her response to an online query, but continue to be impressed by her drive and passion for what she does.

Laura has been efficient, kind, available and always respectful of our feedback on our wants and needs. We did not experience the same kind of considerate behaviour when dealing with other agents, when initially looking for properties in the estate.

Laura has been extremely effective in her communication with us and is always aiming to exceed expectations. Her mannerisms and absolute love for her job is completely visible from the first moment you meet her.

Our entire experience of purchasing this home was delightful - a huge part of that is thanks to how well Laura handled everything.
