Lack of transparency, ********** and will **** you.
It's a pity I could not rate this in service provider in the negatives and this server forced my hand into being curtous by giving you 1-Star that you are not deserving of.
********** dealings and lack of transparency. My friend Lelethu has had to beg for her deposit back and with no lack. Her losing out her deposit was reasoned to be because of scratches on her wall but they will not give her back her inspection form to thoroughly check in what condition the apartment was in before she leased the apartment. I've advised her to report this to the housing tribunal and would advise you to do the same if you find yourself in the same position as Lelethu.

We have run a search and cannot find Lelethu as a tenant at any of our properties, do you perhaps have an address of the property that was rented out?
