I would like to add my warm appreciation to the very positive assessments of Kathy Cohen (Oh-Yes Properties). When I mentioned to Kathy that I was looking for a property as an investment opportunity, she immediately sprang into action and found me a very good deal: a beautiful flat in exellent condition, well situated, at a reasonable price.
