Issue with getting my refund

While searching for a property to rent through O-Yes there was a miscommunication between the agent and I and the company ended up changing the procedure of paying for credit check. I paid the fee directly to them instead of another company. I was assured that I would be refunded. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I have sent countless emails, made calls. Every week I have to follow up with the agent regarding my refund and I get silly excuses. I submitted everything they required of me to get the refund but to this day i haven't gotten anything. I escalated the matter to the agents supervisor but I still haven't gotten help. Absolutely disgusting to wait 3 weeks for a refund and the fact that I am the one who constantly has to follow up with them. Otherwise they are just quiet. All I want is my money back.
