I would like to write a review about O-Yes Properties Samantha has been the agent for the Gungho company group for a few years and handles some of the properties for rent and for sale. The latest rental starting now once again was dealt with the utmost professionalism and I knew I have to write this review. She goes through the property to rent and take it on herself to see that everything is in working order and recommend what can be improved for the benefit of the landlord and the tenant. She also gets somebody to fix what’s needed and that the place is in perfect order for tenant to move in. The service she offers to a landlord is so helpful and I know that I don’t have to deal with small maintenance issues before new tenant moves in.
