I had the pleasure of working with Raksha Bhoola in selling my property which had been on the market for a while before I met her. Raksha's time, attention to details, efficiency and superior advice ultimately sold my property within a short period of time at a good price. During the process, Raksha, of her own accord, made sure the property was regularly cleaned and maintained as it stood empty at the time. Due to me being outside of Gauteng I left the keys to the property with Raksha in order to facilitate viewing appointments. Raksha's excellent, regular communications regarding viewings and status of the property was extremely impressive and indicative of proper client care and attention. As a client I felt at ease and knew the property was always in the right hands. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Raksha and I would highly recommend her.
