Hope Washaya helped me rent out one of my properties. She did everything from: arranging for the photoshoot to arranging appropriate times for viewings with my outgoing tenant. I didn’t have to lift a finger. All Hope needed from me was for me to choose the tenant I liked the most (out of the many high quality candidates she presented); to sign a few forms and to provide her with my banking details when the deal was finalised. Her calm and mature demeanour provided some much needed reassurance for some of the house hunters on the market (who also had praises for her). I highly recommend O-Yes Properties - their agents are wonderfully skilled and professional.
