Extremely unprofessional
I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by Ilana Poran from O-yes properties today. I had a scheduled a viewing for 12pm this morning.
5 minutes before the viewing I call Ilana to tell her I’m outside the unit and she tells me that the tenant has reported she came into contact with someone with covid. Ilana didn’t even bother telling me, I drove all the way. Ilana claims that she just got off the phone with the tenant.
Shouldn’t a viewing be confirmed the day before or the morning before the viewing, not 10 minutes before? Surely Ilana forgot about the appointment and this was just an excuse. I was a serious buyer. It’s unfortunate that the seller has entrusted Ilana with this unit.
This is extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately with the current Pandemic things are changing on a daily sometimes hourly basis, we will investigate on what happened.
