Raksha Bhoola assisted me with the sale of my property during the period of Oct 2022.

She helped me get the best deal of the sale which she went an extra mile to find the right buyer for the property.

Later on I needed to rent out a property and she recommended a unit in the same complex and got me a great lease amount which is less than what the rental was . Her negotiating skills are on another level , she managed to get the owner to lower their rental which was well within my budget still but saved me a few rands.

3 months after the sale of the property I went on holiday in Durban. On my way back to joburg I damaged my car keys . Raksha saved the day by going to my apartment using the spare keys that she had in per position. She managed to get my vehicle spare keys and ship them to Durban. I got delivery of the keys the next day and I return home safely. Honestly if this isn’t going above and beyond for your client then I don’t know what is . She is a super agent and I would recommend her to other seller as well.
