Don't trust OYES properties

Never buy a house from these people. I don't know where to start. Let me start with the most recent and work my way back. They managed to get my new house registered with a **** coc, and an electrician is now doing the COC after registration, but he hasn't completed it in 2 weeks! So who provided a coc to the bank for registration? Let's go back in time. The agency and conveyance attorneys through the whole sale process chose the side of the sellers instead of staying impartial, and by doing that they allowed the sellers to lie and manipulate them to completely breach our sales contract. The sellers squated in my property for 20 days after registration and the agency just kept on telling me there is nothing I can do I must go drink wine. Instead of doing her job and making sure things go as planned the agent just ate up all the empty promises and blatant lies from the sellers, I told them for weeks they are lying but they just chose their side. But now I've had it with this coc thing! Can someone explain to me how this house was registered without the paperwork, or it was just plain ***** which I think is the case. Never buy from these people they are all in it for themselves.
