Fleur, is just the best sales consultant. She made buying online being abroad so simple hence we feel commending her is better now than never. In October 2019 our house was listed online and she processed everything as though buying a house is just a walk in the park, and in December 2019 we got our keys. This made us enjoy our first Xmas in our new home. She did not end there, but instead held us by hand as we were fami****izing ourselves with the new estate environment. Now in September 2021, when we needed to negotiate our interest rate we turned to her for advices and as usual her advice got us a bond recalculation and a better interest rate.
