I bought a house in Thriftwood August 2017, laminated flooring is busy lifting from damp and my geyser burst last year November 2018, my whole ceiling fell in due to this geyser burst. I had to replace my dishwashing sink. Now O Steyn Construction is claiming that I am not maintaining the house how can a brand new building need maintenance in less than three years?
