False advertising and very rude owner

<p>Ordered the special as per the propmotion board but on paying was told I miis understood the add.On complaining I was told to phone the owner.Toni ,the owner told me seeing that the rest of Pretoria is happy with his false add and warm beer ,I should not visit again.</p>
