Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with ORS S****

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with ORS S****. I delivered OEM Volkswagen/Audi exhaust components (factory 409 stainless steel automotive parts) plus clean mild steel offcuts. Instead of proper grading or separation, the load was assessed using a basic magnet test and classified as subgrade material. No technical evaluation of metal type or OEM specs was done. These are engineered automotive components that should be identified and weighed per standard s**** grading practices. The mild steel offcuts were not separately weighed or valued. I was paid R23 for the entire load, which is unrealistic and suggests misclassification to reduce payout. When questioned, no breakdown of weights or categories was provided and no escalation to a qualified assessor was offered. This reflects poor transparency and unfair valuation. Be cautious with mixed automotive s**** and ensure full itemisation and proper grading before accepting classification. Demand full written breakdown always!!!
