Unfairly charged

I stayed one night at the hotel and upon checking out me and my partner were given a bill of R415 to pay for the minibar drinks and snacks which were not communicated to us that were chargeable and even in the booklet that was in the room there was nothing stating that the items in the minibar were chargeable.When we booked the room the minibar it was part of the room package but the lady whom I assume is the manager said there was a price list on the fridge and that was a lie because if there was a price list we wouldn’t have touched the stuff because we had our own snacks and drinks. We were unfairly charged and that was so unprofessional. And should try to clean their carpet it was filthy dirty.
