<p>Bought a ring that I wanted to wear on my birthday today, but wanted a name engraved on the inside. It was only due to be ready on Tuesday, but I received a call from Penny, and an sms yesterday, saying that they had fetched my ring for me, so that I could wear it today. Huge thanks from me for going the extra mile. Greatly appreciated.</p>
