No expertise in fixing watches-Bayside O ' Brien Jewellers
Don't let the older guy try fix your watch. Watch I brought from them was losing 10 minutes in 20 days. New battery I bought he said was fine. He cleaned it out and now it stopped working altogether. Has to be sent away. No customer service or sympathy for selling me a watch that only lasted 13 months. Bayside

Our standard procedure is to assess the power supply which is the battery. This tested positively which Indicates there is a malfunction within the mechanism. . We offered to send the watch off for repair but you left with haste. Unfortunately we have no control over the operation of a mechanism, but as mentioned above more than happy to assist with the repairs. O'Brien Jewellers
