<p> </p> <p>i have received a gift from a person who is currently living in Swaziland and unfotunately the size of the outfit will not accommodate the season.</p> <p>i honerably asked for a refund as O Bebe does not have stock of anything practical but Christening Dresses.</p> <p>I am dissapointed to say that when i had explained my sitauation to the owner of the shop, she argued and refused to even compromise further.</p> <p>She was rude to me and totally ******** of what was bought at her store being R2000.00 later which is alot of money to just leave aside. she asked me to give it away as a gift to someone !!! The lady that works at her store had explained to me that i am not the first to complain about gifts being returned!!!! i honestly can say that she is a "******" and is just interested in making money out of people.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i called her later that day, she dropped the call in my ears and refused to speak to me further. she has a 5 day exchange policy but no stock of anything that is out of the ordinary.</p> <p> </p> <p>if you planning on buying a gift, please think about the return and exchange policy as O Bebe will not consider and just Rob the people who will not know what to do with their clothing!!!!</p>
