We had a very bad experience with Itumeleng from Organic O Shop. We order organic skin care products in January, and only got it in March, when the products arrived, some of the bottles had dents in, the bottles were half filled and not filled to the top. The spurting caps have fallen of and dont work, some of the caps even differ in color, the box it arrived in was open and in bad condition and not delivered via a courier company - so no tracking of where it came from so we can get an address. The stickers we paid extra for designing was of poor printing and to big for the bottles, they were looking very bad as most of them had bubbles in. Would not recommend doing any business with them , they do not respond to our messages and they do not reply to any emails. A lot of money paid for poor quality products we cant do anything with.
