POOR SERVICE NZOU MEMORIALS

I am dissatisfied with the level of service from this company. They are very unprofessional, initially i was advised that my tombstone would be erected in two weeks and the owner Siphiwe Ndlovhu failed to deliver within the set time frames, i afforded the owner more time to attend to this and after weeks the stone was erected. i requested the stone to be cleaned and for the vinyl to be removed by Tuesday and to my surprise when visiting the graveyard this was not attended to. The vinyl came off with the letters so disappointed and there is no engraver that can assist me last minute as the tombstone unveiling is scheduled for 5 December 2020. The stone was also not cleaned by the owner as he had undertaken. I contacted the owner telephonically and sent watsupp texts which were blatantly ignored.
