Nzou Memorial are ****mers

Nzou Memorial Tombstones! I paid for my mom’s tombstone 3 years ago and they've failed to deliver. Despite promises, I've been given the runaround and no refund. They're now claiming to resume services which is a lie. He is so rude and disrespectful. He even sent me a **** Proof of payment as my refund. My mom's Tombstone was supposed to be in August 2025, it was canceled due to his incompetence and BAD service.
