Be careful using Nzhelele funeral services

What a horrific experience I and my family had from a funeral service provider Nzhelele funeral Services , they threatened not to bring the body of my grandfather home on Friday. Saying we branched their contract by not buying a tombstone from them, they ****** me R8000 saying it is for fine, they can’t even produce a signed contract, terms and conditions which shows that I accepted when joining the policy and for me having to pay such a high policy for years and they traumatised us by saying they won’t release my grandfather dead body until the money is paid. they took advantage of us because we were vulnerable.
