Nzalo Insurance worst.

I submitted a claim to this insurance company on the 05/04/2018 for a roof that collapsed due to flooding,the insurance feedback I received on the 28/05/2018 more than a month later that my claim was rejected due to some silly reasons one being the slope of the roof ( this is a house that's more then 20 years old and the roof has been the same ) but worst of all the person that went out to the property took photos to proof the case they have of a completely different roof that has nothing to do with the claim,i objected the claim and took some photos which I attached to the email, I sent email on the 31/05/2018,05/06/2018 and again today 20/06/2018 with absolutely no reply or any acknowledgement to my email, it seems that you get ignored in the hopes of this going away, I sent emails to the managing executive of this company with every email as well but no reply ( seems to be to important for clients ) I will not support this insurance company ever as this is the worst service I have ever received from a private company, hopefully my issue will be resolved but I do doubt it will be resolved without any intervention from the ombudsman or an attorney.
