Unhappy customer

On Thursday afternoon I visited nyx cosmetics clicks in gateway . I've read many review about NYX cosmetics and I was really excited to try out they brand . I went into clicks thinking I'm going to walk out with a nyx make up kit since I love make up . I waited 45mins for someone to help me , when the assistant finally came to help the first thing she told me was I wounding recommend nyx to anyone. I was shocked and I told her I saw a lot of good reviews and I'm looking forward to perching a few things but I'm not sure about the shade of the drop foundation . it was a white chubby girl who assisted me but she wasn't helpful at all she just put me off the brand she tried a shade on me because I asked but she wasn't happy . then she told me I'm sorry we couldn't find your shade . I'm very upset with the service that I have received.
