Nyx Canal Walk- Consultants not available

Whenever i visit the store there is only 1 consultant to assist, and i am left waiting for 20-30 minutes because the consultant is with a customer. I end up leaving the store and purchasing another name brand. its a bit more pricey but at least im getting service! Iv experienced this on numerous occasions.
