Complain

On Tuesday 12 feb 2019 I purchased 3 colored liquid liners (yellow,red and orange) at a NYX cosmetics stand at clicks mall of Africa...when I opened them I was very disappointed on what I saw the Orange one was totally dried out and the other two the yellow and red were clumpy...I’ve purchased these liners before and they were great, but this time I was very disappointed .
