Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel

I recently stayed at Nyota Lodge Hotel in Kolwezi with a colleague, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. First, the rooms were unfinished, with an overall lack of attention to detail that made the stay uncomfortable. The TV in my room didn’t work, and neither did the air conditioner, leaving the room stuffy and unpleasant.

The food was absolutely horrible — far below any reasonable standard. To make matters worse, some of the staff were rude, ***********, and clearly lacked proper training. Basic hospitality skills were sorely missing, and it felt like no one cared about the guests' comfort or satisfaction.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value comfort, good service, or even the basics of a functional hotel stay, look elsewhere. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
