taken money no delivery no contact

Paid 45% deposit on skin wrap machine in Nov 2014. Promised delivery in Jan 2015. Now end of March 2015 and still no delivery. Won't answer his business phone number ***. What now !!!!!????? Anyone else have the same problem ?
