Paid dep of R20024.50 for a SM540S Skinpack Machine on the 25/11/14. He confirmed in writing that the machine would be delivered by end Jan 2015. Nic Kay has come up with all the excuses under the sun. First load shedding was the problem. Then Telkom lines were down. Then Allan made a mess-up on one of the parts for the guillotine, so that had to be redone. Then the machine was being crated and it would be delivered the following week. Nothing came. Then phoned again, I told him I was worried and asked why he kept promising, he got upset with me and told me that \HE WAS NOT A *****'. Then told me that it would be delivered on Wed the following week and that I was to buy the film from Dot Packaging in JHB. Tried to phone him back and no answer at all to his number.
