Nyko Manufacturing Cannot be trusted

We bought a packaging machine in 2017. We paid on 2017.10.11

Since then the supplier ***ner) has been telling us the machine is busy being built, and then the in another story he tells us is the machine is being sent to Johannesburg from Cape Town, then he tells us again that he is waiting for spare parts on the machine, then we get the story that he needs to test the machine.

Point is we still haven’t received our machine, and since 2018, he doesn’t get back to us. His phone is permanently switched off, there’s no land line number, and the sales rep informed us that his boss still owes him money but he also can’t get hold of the owner.

We have sent mail after mail, made calls after calls but with no response.

This is really pathetic service
