Wanting to order shoes via Facebook - DON'T!

Many adverti*****ts are appearing on Facebook in different company names for shoes but they all seem to emanate from NYCA Footwear who purport to be based in Cape Town. My order was accepted by them on 15 March, payment was made from my credit card on 16 March and delivery was promised within two weeks. Despite many promises, they refuse to refund and keep saying my goods are on the way. The latest delivery date was 5 April but shoes have not arrived. They assure people on Facebook that deliveries are still happening during lock down - yeh, right!
