GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have been protected by Nyati Security since March this year, I have been more than impressed with their service, They offered us Armed response and 24 hour protection at my business premises, - I have never been so impressed with a security company as I am with these guys, Every member I ever had the pleasure to deal with, is competent, well disciplined and friendly, An unexpected fire in our workshop during the early hours of the morning on 8th April this year was detected by their alert officer on patrol, and he reported it to their control room who in turn summoned the Fire brigade. On arrival at the workshop their officer was on hand and assisted us to get into the dark workshop engulfed by flames,- we proceeded inside to fight the blaze with fire extinguishers directed with his torch, he assisted me in getting out when I was overcome by smoke, he then stayed there well after the fire dept had doused the last embers, I was pleasantly surprised to find commander Ben Bester at the scene - who took control and insisted I seek medical attention for smoke inhalation - he immediately arranged for temp installation of a alarm system and protecting the premises from looting.
