Liesel refuse to pay our money back k

Pathetic service received from Liezel and now she is giving me a run around, she took our money for deposit and ended up not providing any service to us. She moved our booking to Fish Eagle Lodge where we continued being pushed around. To me it feels like all of this is done because we are black. She took R3750 from and she refuse to pay it back she is ignoring my calls.
