Be warned-this property is only accessible for fit people-lift is permanently faulty and stairs are unacceptable.

1.Lift was intermittently faulty before guests arrived. No mention of this by property manager. Only access to property via uneven, unlit, steep, outside service stairs as guests were frightened of getting stuck in lift. Traumatic for a group of 80 year old guests. There was a refund of R7k but they charged R4k for fixing the door!! 2.Huge glass stack door slammed and they charged for the repair. No warning that the stack door slams in the wind. Property manager advised it happens all the time- that guests pay to have it fixed! Unacceptable.
