Solar Power Installation !!!!!!! Lost R350 000 !!!!

Contracted Nyasa Megabiz PTY LTD to supply and install a complete Solar Power System with 3 Inverters and 6 Lithium Batteries . They invoiced and installed . The system gave endless problems and their support was absolutely shocking .Numerous repeat calls were made with one single response every time "sorry we are busy in RUSTENBURG " NEVER TO EVER RETURN TO FIX THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP. Subsequently discovered their markup on batteries were 100 % on list price from suppliers and on their inverters 150- 200 % !!! They have simply disappeared never to be seen again. The Solar Power system is still down after 2 months and no one is prepared to touch the system under any circumstances . Everything must be ripped out and replaced . R 350 000 lost to a company with now moral fibre or integrity !!!!! BE WARNED !!!!

The issue here was about a quotation that had an error in KW and after discussing with the client we agreed to compensate with a battery to replace the missing kw of 1.8kw and we were to give 4.8kw for that. The system was installed and been working since apart from the fact that client reported the matter to police to get the issue of the battery resolved. No money was lost and the system still under warranty for 5years from the installation date. The battery in question haven't arranged and will be dropped off at the officebof the law enforcers as discussed with then. we always handle our matters with urgency and our clients can testify on that. As for the pricing structure we can't compare our prices for a 5 year warranty with someone that's offering 6months warranty. We have not not moved nor stop taking calls.
