BEWARE ! Not recommendable !!

The installation of the battery back up system was OK but any follow up service afterwards was a nightmare and non existent - Daniel Chikoja did not return calls or only days later - and then came up with all sorts of excuses why he could not attend to the problems of their installation - when we tried to visit their offices at Cumberland Avenue Brynston, Sandton Johannesburg, Gauteng 2191 we discovered that their company has not been based at this address for quite some time.

Their invoices are without the PTY (LTD) company number, invoice number and VAT - and all payments are made to Nyasa Megabiz Pty Ltd First National Bank *** Branch Code 261750 - looks like SARS would have a field day if they are checking out this account …

Their references on Google (Maps) confirm our bad experience.

Unfortunately this company is not recommendable and we would strongly suggest to find an accredited installer with good references.
