Nyari bricks fails to deliver after receiving payment

I ordered and paid for a consignbment of bricks from Nyari Bricks in November 2018. The intention was to support this company over the long term. Our second delivery was only partly delivered, leaving us with over R7000 worth of bricks paid but not delivered. The owner started peddling lies, claiminng the bricks were delvered to the wronng site, and sent bogus photos. Needless to say almost 3 months later he has still not made good on his promise to refund us .
